No it's because he touched her baby with his beat skin u not supposed to touch it when it's a baby with to skin or the mon gonna feel like the baby abandoned her and want to kill it or eat it learned my lesson by my cats I had I didn't know and the mom cat killed 2 of it's babies and it was the ones I touched

Hello, i bought all the lights you recommended. So my baby is getting proper uvb. I have the calcium powder without d3. I also have the vitamins WITH d3. So once a month for the vitamins, and ive been putting the calium on her bugs everytime. Is that ok? Please help it is really confusing

I recently got 2 baby yellow bellied sliders while on vacation in Fl, it all started because my 72 yr old mother saw them while we were in a gift shop in Daytona and she had wanted to get baby turtles for years and the entire trip was to show her how much I love her and to cheer her up as she was having a hard time dealing with my dad's unexpected passing in april of 2023. Clearly we weren't thinking straight as we had traveled by plane and had to have them shipped back home to MD (only thing I didn't realize was how costly it would be and the specifics of shipping live animals, I used Reptiles2you) but my mom really wasn't thinking because she didn't realize how much space they would need and just how much $ she would have to spend to make sure they would be properly cared for. I have other reptiles and had turtles in the past so I knew what I was getting myself into as far as care requirements, my mom got upset when she told me what she was going to get for them and I told her none of it was any good or recommended. Needless to say I'm now a mom to 4 baby turtles.

I have Dubia roaches in a container.. I bought it from an expo. The person who had the colony last decided to use coco fiber as a substrate for them. Now flies have nested in the substrate. How do I clean out the substrate without throwing away tons of baby dubia?

What powder vitamins do we use?
